MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

KINGREAL acoustic baffle ceiling machine can produce the perforated metal baffle or plain baffle on the same system. The raw material for
the acoustic baffle ceiling machine is perforated metal strips with black acoustic fleece on the back side.

KINGREAL U baffle roll former can produce different sizes of products on the same machine. Only need input the requested baffle width and
height on the touch screen, the servo motors will drive the rollers to the requested position.

KINGREAL baffle ceiling machine use high quality reducer motor to drive the independent forming stations. The main forming machine motor
is SIEMENS brand.
